TEMPORARILY SITED CAMERA OBSCURAS
From time to time camera obscuras are built for temporary exhibition at festivals
and other events.
For example:
In 1995, the 'Royal Scottish Academy' has commissioned an 8 1/2", F42
lens, camera obscura for temporary erection in Edinburgh. (Source: Peter
Drew).
And
The Gateshead Garden Festival, in 1990, had a large 12", F24 lens, camera
obscura which later found a permanent home at the Foredown Tower (see picture
below).
