Kyoto 1997 At the Nakagawa Photo Gallery or Museum of Kyoto. Owned by Kuniaki Nakagawa.
Okawa, Kochi Province 1996 By Chris Drury. Small lens projects sky & trees. "Cedar Log Sky Chamber". Also used as a tea house.

SOUTH AFRICA

Pietersburg, Transvaal 1942 At the aerodrome. With fixed horizontal lens only. For tracking aircraft practicing bomb-runs.
Fish Hoek c1914 Reported in Fish Hoek Magazine No.2 January 1954. At the foot of Adderley Street.
Grahamstown 1882/1883 At The Observatory Museum. Renovated, ( new mirror) in 1982. Plaster screen. Originally by H.C.Gilpin.
Pretoria 1991 At the "Exploratorium" at Uni. of Pretoria. 158mm f22 lens. Screen 1500mm. Mirror 400 x 300mm.
Cape Town 2000 Called the Canon Camera Obscura, at the MTN Sciencentre. With multiple lenses.
